Do you take insurance?
Yes, you can use insurance for visit and lab fees, but not the membership fee.
We take most insurance in California including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Cigna.
For those without insurance we offer self-pay options.

Where should I park?
There are a few different options for parking: Free parking on Sweetzer and Harper, south of Melrose. Just be sure to check the street signs for street cleaning, parking restrictions etc. Metered parking on the streets around the office Valet parking next door at Crossroads Kitchen for $11 (after 10am daily) Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early allow yourself enough time for parking. If you have any issue finding parking, just give us a call: 424-414-2905.
